The Gasthof Au is located just outside the centre of Ellmau – away from all the hustle and bustle. Our newly renovated rooms have an aesthetic appeal and a balcony. The Gasthof has a playroom and a quaint bar area as well as a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Half board accommodation upon request. In summer, you can relax on the lawn in front of the house, watch your children play on the playground and enjoy the beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser or drink a cold beer in the shadow of our old chestnut trees. The KaiserBad Ellmau is within short distance and if you prefer to do some sports, the region has many hiking and biking trails to offer. In winter, you can spend your day in one of the largest ski areas in the world – the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental with about 280 kilometres of slopes. Furthermore, you can find many cross-country trails, toboggan tracks or ice rinks in the region.
