Our non-smokers’ house is situated sunnily and very quietly near the forest, in one of the most beautiful parts of Kirchberg, near to village center though. Our hotel offers a cosy sitting room with housebar and open fireplace, solarium, a tabletennis room, an elevator and a car park. Thousands of flowers make it easy to enjoy Eve’s garden Eden during summertime. Relax on a deckchair or cool down at our little pool. In a 250ms’ distance you will find a busstop (during wintertime ski-shuttle bus without charge to the Fleckalm gondola). All our spacious rooms and apartments (all non-smokers’) have bath or shower, toilet, a hairdryer, sat-TV, radio, telephone, an alarm-clock, safe, a sitting corner and balcony. The apartments’ kitchen offer a complete free day planning (next supermarket for shopping about 300ms). Castle and mountains’ accomodation as well as our exclusive romantic room (45 sqm) for special demands. In rooms, our delicious breakfast buffet (non-smokers’ dining room) is included. In apartments, there is the possibility of having breakfast in the house or ordering fresh bread for breakfast. These services have to be paid extra.
