Welcome to Landhaus Laubendorf,
on the sun terrace above Lake Millstatt

This cozy and well-equipped wooden country house is located on Lake Millstatt, on the sunny plateau, directly on the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains, 200 meters above Millstatt in Laubendorf, bordering the 2,000 m high mountains of the UNESCO Biosphere Park Nockberge with extensive hiking areas and popular alpine huts. The "Via Paradiso" hiking trail passes in the immediate vicinity.

It is a non-smoking house with a 1,200 m2 garden, three sun terraces and a gazebo. Dogs are also allowed by arrangement.

The MIC (Millstätter See Inclusive Card) is included for numerous discounted or free admissions and activities in the region for children and adults.

The Millstätter See offers all kinds of water sports and recreational opportunities in summer, and the surrounding area offers the best opportunities for mountain hikes and bike tours. Mountain bikers get their money's worth!

In winter, the Goldeck ski area can be reached from Spittal (approx. 6 km) by gondola. The Katschberg or Bad Kleinkrichheim can be reached in about 30 minutes.


The 18-hole Millstatt golf course is right in front of the door. It offers a beautiful view and is sporty and very popular with flat and mountainous parts. The price includes the Millstätter See Inclusive Card for all guests in summer and winter with numerous free admissions or discounts. Attractive ski passes for the Sportberg Goldeck or the top ski pass for all ski areas in Carinthia/East Tyrol are offered in winter. Pets are allowed on request. If you bring your dog with you, we charge a fee of € 10 per night.
