At the doorway to the Hohe Tauern National Park, Schlossalm Appartements welcomes you right at the center of Bad Hofgastein. Central yet quiet, shopping facilities and various restaurants are located in immediate vicinity. The famous Alpentherme, as well as the adjacent Alpenkurpark are only a 5-minute walk from the house. In the beautifully renovated, bright and friendly furnished Schlossalm Appartements, you will find enough space for up to nine people. The apartments vary in size and partly offer access to the private balcony. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. On request, we will gladly equip your apartment of choice with a children's cot and are happy to offer delicious breakfast service from the local bakery in the morning as well. The the garden of the family-friendly apartment house features a nice little children's playground for the youngsters to enjoy. Your ski equipment will find its place in our private ski storage room , including an extra boot dryer for a cosy warm start into each active skiing day. Parking is available directly in front of the house, which you can of course use free of charge. Summer
Enjoy relaxed summer days at the thermal baths of the Gasteiner Alpentherme (built in 2017) or conquer the lofty heights of the surrounding Gastein mountains. From Schlossalm Appartements you can reach the Schlossalmbahn cable car services for a relaxed ascent in only five minutes. From the top you can take on several family friendly hiking trails, via ferrata and a fascinating fairy-tale rock creature. Winter
In the cold and snowy winter months, a family-friendly skiing experience awaits on the picturesque Schlossalm - with trained ski instructors and perfectly groomed slopes. With the local free ski bus, all the surrounding ski resorts of Sportgastein, Stubnerkogel and the Angertal are easily accessible and just a short ride away. For the romantics and the dreamers Gastein offers an especially unique winter holiday experience with sparkling snowshoe-hikes and marvellous horse-drawn sleigh rides!
