Experience a holiday amidst nature, with relaxation and recreation in our Roasthof guesthouse in a quiet location in Neder, just 2 km from the centre of Neustift in the Stubaital.

The location on the edge of the forest makes us the ideal starting point for hikes and other activities. The Besinnungsweg to the Pinnistal practically starts on our doorstep. Comfortable walking paths to Neustift or Fulpmes lead right past in our Roasthof. The nearest bus stop is only 300 m away. Next to our guest house you will find a cosy café. A restaurant serving Italian cuisine and a traditional inn can be reached in about 5 minutes. The supermarket is 2 km away from our guesthouse.

Our Roasthof guesthouse offers 4 spacious apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub or shower and separate toilet, flat-screen satellite TV and two balconies with stunning views of the Stubai Mountains. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and the living area provides ample space for a relaxing holiday. Our refurbished 2 double or triple rooms include comfortable double beds, a satellite flat screen TV, a pull-out couch bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. As a little extra you can use the fully equipped shared kitchen during your stay against a small one-off fee on request (depending on the availabilty). Fresh bread rolls can be delivered on request. Other services our Roasthof guesthouse include free Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with boot dryer. Our garden, the terrace and sufficient parking are also at your disposal.

Get a natural tan in the solarium, or relax in our infrared health cabin in our neighbouring house. In our hobby and fitness room we offer table tennis and fitness equipment such as a treadmill, cross and ab trainers.

With its four skiing areas including Stubai Glacier, the Elferlifte, Schlick 2000 and the Serlesbahnen the Stubaital offers countless skiing kilometres and promises winter fun from October to May. The Stubai Glacier is one of the top addresses for skiers and snowboarders in the Tyrolean Alps.

The Stubaital attracts guests with the two family hiking areas Schlick 2000 and the Serlesbahnen and with the summer toboggan run in Mieders. The landscape lake in Kampl offers relaxation in cool waters after an eventful day and your kids can have fun on the playground.
