Located at the foot of Kaiserburg Castle, our house offers easy access to the cross-country skiing tracks, the ski lifts and the Thermal-Römerbad spa.

Thanks to its favorable location our house makes a fine base for romantic winter walks.

We are only a 10-minute walk from the Römerbad spa (1km) and the shopping mile (supermarkets, fashion, sports, beauty & cosmetics, baker's shop, ....).
