Landhaus Osttirol

Beautifull Holidayhouse up to 10 persons. very nice view at the "Lienzer Dolomieten form the living room and lovely terras. the house has 4 double bedrooms so ideal for 8 persons, in the livingroom we have a sleep couch that ca be provided for 2 persons extra. Our house is split in three levels has two bathrooms and 2 kitchens. the place is so ideal if you want to spent your holidays with two families. For more relaxing you can use the sauna ( for a small extra fee ). the third floor has a bit low sealing but for kids it will be like paradise. we had also many adults that spent the nights there without any problems. at the terras there is a big grill that ca be used anytime. in the winter time you can use the free ski bus almost directly from the house. The ski lopes are at about 5 km. In Lienz we have two mountains "Hochtstein and Zettersfeld" with beautifull ski lopes. In the summer you can go hiking and mountain biking directly from our house and a lot of other activities. Sauna fo a fee, Pets without charge. Free use off washing machine and dryer, all beddig and towels included.
