The "Landhaus Julian" is located in Neder 1.5 km before Neustift Stubai glacier direction. We offer our guests free use of the wellness oasis "Apparthotel to Zegger" (with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, Infrarot sauna, Kneipp pool with heated benches, showers, feel-good oasis and fresh air balcony). The comfortable apartments are lovely and kind and leave nothing to be desired, they are facing south with uninterrupted views of the mountains of the Stubai Valley.Separate balconies- Apartment 2: has a 20m ² terrace. Parking is in front of the house. The bus stop and the trail entrance is just 2 minutes. Pizzaria restaurants and shops are nearby. For our younger guests are available cots and high chairs!
