St. Martin is a village with "Gemütlichkeit" and many activities. Our house is surrounded by the Salzburger Mountains; the views can be enjoyed from your own balcony. You can expect a family atmosphere, homely hospitality and the natural beauty of the Salzburger Saalachtal. In winter the ski bus takes you into the nearby ski resort; "Loferer Alm". There you'll find 46 km of well prepared ski slopes for the total novice to advanced skier and a high cross-country skiing trail. Near to our house you can access: a sledge run, a practice-ski-lift, an ice-skating rink, a cros-country-skiing trail and of course paths for winter walking through our "winter wonder land". In summer the "Tauernradweg" and mountain-bike-paths take you around and high up the valley. Walk from Alp to Alp, or rafting, canoeing, climbing, tennis, golf and crazy golf, bathing in clear mountain spring water or visiting one of the many sites of natural beauty nearby. Excursions within 45-60 minutes: Zell am See, Kaprun, Grossglockner, Königssee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg and many more. Included in the price are: electricitiy, water, towels, bed and table linen.
