Haus Anderl

Our comfortable apartments are located in the well-kept apartment house "Anderl" in a sunny, quiet hillside location at about 1000 m above sea level, directly in the skiing and hiking resort "Hochkönig". In the attic is the apartment 'Selbhorn' with a fantastic view from the roof deck and on the ground floor is the apartment 'Aberg' with a nice big patio. Enjoy many inclusive services with the "Hochkönig Card", eg. the comfortable mountain and valley rides of the cable cars, the hiking bus, free entrance to the adventure swimming pool, summer toboggan run and more during summertime. Wi-Fi is free in the apartments. Parking is next to the house. The use of the large indoor swimming pool in the house and the sauna with relax room are free and offer recreation. There is a lift in the house. Furthermore, a table tennis room and an automatic bowling alley, which can be rented for a fee. In the basement of the house "Anderl" is a ski cellar, which can be used in summer as a bicycle cellar. Bread roll service on request. House "Anderl" is located right next to the ski slope with access to all lifts in the "Hochkönig ski area" (ski in ski out). Next to the parking you can put on your skis. At the end of your day of skiing, you take the slope directly to the front door. The ski station "Hintermoos" with the "Schwarzeckalmbahn" and the "Sinalcobahn" is only approx 300 m away from the house and takes you to the "Hochkönig" ski area, which has around 120 km of slopes and is part of "Ski Amadé". Right next to the house is also a children's ski school with its own practice lift (ski school operation not in the entire season). A few minutes walk from the house there are some neat and cozy restaurants and in winter you can find there opportunities for après ski. In summer, you will experience an idyllic and enchanting hiking area with lush green meadows and clear mountain streams - where nature is still pure and unadulterated. The apartment house "Anderl" offers with its location at the foot of the "Hundstein" (2117m) also an ideal starting point for extensive and demanding mountain bike tours. The "Hundstein MTB route" is one of the highest and most interesting trails in the Alps. In "Maria Alm" is the adventure mountain "Natrun" with numerous attractions for the whole family, such as a forest slide park, one of the most beautiful archery course in Europe, various rope courses (from children's tree paths over practice track and easy course to panoramic course and adrenaline course ), a flow trail for mountain bikers and various nature adventure trails.
