The Spergser family warmly welcomes you to the Spergser guesthouse in Kaltenbach, the ideal holiday destination for active holiday-makers and gourmets! Our guesthouse is situated in a sunny and quiet part of Kaltenbach, at the entrance of the Zillertal and is especially characterised by its proximity to the Hochzillertal skiing resort that can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. Almost right outside our house, you can access the Zillertaler Höhenstraße. The 48km alpine road takes you to view points in lofty heights, where you will be rewarded with unforgettable views of the entire valley. As special treats, we can recommend several traditional and local restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our Spergser guesthouse. Our spacious holiday apartments have been furnished with great attention to detail; you will thus feel the cosiness of the accommodation when entering already. The four apartments each accommodate 2-3, 4, 5-6, up to a maximum of 8 people respectively. Every room, of course, comes with a private shower, toilet and satellite TV. The completely equipped kitchens allow you to relax after an exciting day of skiing with friends or leisurely hiking together with your family in the Zillertal. On request, we also offer a sandwich service. In three apartments you can even enjoy your vacation completely without barriers. During winter months, our Spergser guesthouse is ideally located for exploring the region on skis. Only 200m away from our house, you will find the station of the cable car that takes you to the Hochzillertal skiing resort, ensuring you will be the first on the slopes in the morning. On occasion of the weekly night skiing event, you can experience the popular skiing region from a completely new angle. For your ski boots, we offer a ski room with boot dryer. And to those looking for skiing alternatives, we recommend family ice skating, exploring the area on a horse carriage ride with a partner or relaxing at the Erlebnistherme spa complex in Fügen. A paradise for those seeking relaxation as well as for active holiday-makers awaits you here with us during summer months. When hiking with children on natural trails or mountain biking in the idyllic mountains around Kaltenbach, you can experience the grandeur of the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal. For a relaxing day together with your loved ones, we recommend a visit of one of the surrounding outdoor pools, which are accessible from the house in just 5 minutes by car or bicycle.
