Our wooden house, by the river, is in a quiet area in the valley ( Kleinboden ). We are close to the ski resorts Spieljoch Fügen ( 3 minutes by car ), Hochzillertal Kaltenbach ( 5 minutes by car ), Hochfügen Fügenberg ( 20 minutes by car ). The thermal bath Fügen is 2 auto minutes away. The spacious cosy appartment is on the second floor with a newly renovated kitchen with dining area, seperate livingroom with flatscreen, 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with WC.
