The flat with balcony has a kitchen (including dishwasher, 4 hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, kettle) with dining area.
It also has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, couch, TV and bathroom with shower & WC.
On the balcony with a wonderful view to the Wilder Kaiser you can enjoy the peace and the unique mountain air.Golfers: In three minutes you are at the magnificent 27-hole golf course Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau. You play 18 holes directly at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. If you have enough stamina, desire and mood, another 9 holes are available for you. Other golf courses can be reached within a few kilometres: GC Reit im Winkel, GC Erpfendorf, GC Kitzbühl, GC Kitzbühl-Schwarzsee-Reith, Kaiserwinkel Golf Kössen, Eichenheim, Urslautal.Skiers, cross-country skiers, tobogganers: our flat is right on the ski slope, which means out of the house and into the fun!Cross-country skiers: in Ellmau alone, the enthusiastic cross-country skier is offered 10 km of well-prepared trails with the 'big loop' and 6 km with the 'small loop'. The cross-country trail runs directly at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser in beautiful surroundings. The connection to the Koasalaufloipe guarantees almost endless cross-country skiing pleasure with a length of 70 - 80 km. The cross-country trail can be used free of charge. Level of difficulty: easy to moderately difficult. The toboggan run is illuminated with a length of 4.5 km.Spring, summer, autumn: in these months Ellmau is a dream at Appartement Andrea. In these 3 seasons there are also countless possibilities to enjoy your holiday.Bathing: You have 3 options, the outdoor adventure pool at the KaiserBad in Ellmau, the natural swimming lake in Going or the beautiful Hintersteinersee in Scheffau, an insider tip for swimming and hiking. Large and small hiking trails are excellently signposted. There are over 200 km of marked hiking trails in the Ellmau area!Other possibilities: Mountaineering, paragliding, tennis, climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, horse riding; Pets not allowed.
