This quiet yet central location, in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, is a great advantage all year round. Enjoy your holidays here. In Winter, it is possible to ski directly to the house! Just a few minutes away is the entrance to Kitzbühel/Kirchberg Ski Area, with connection to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Cross-country ski trails and Winter walking trails are also easily reached from our house. Hiking, walking, cycling, mountain-biking, golfing, archery - our house is the perfect departure point for numerous recreational activities!
