A warm welcome at „MENTHOF“
a new, generous apartment on a modern farm. The apartment was open in December 2015.

We have one cosy and comfortable Apartment for 10 Persons. Perfect for the big family or friends with their kids. There are 3 bedrooms with bath and toilet, a very big living-kitchen room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Two of the bedrooms have a third bed and in the living-room there is a very cosy sofa, maybe for sleeping one. There is also a new garage for 2 cars for you! Very new is a cosy hut as indoor playground for your kids with boulderwall.

Our family-friendly farm is located in Assach, a very nice small village. A restaurant is in front of our house also the skibus stop.

In summer you can do a lot of activities. Hiking, Mountainbike-Tour, the swimlake is 2 km far from here. And you can enjoy the summer on our farm. We have a lot of animals and a big garden for the kids. But you also can relax in our garden or celebrate barbeque-nights.
In the time from 21st of May until 18th of October 2020 we offer the Schladming Dachstein Sommercard which enables you free entrance in over 100 top spare time activities like bathing lakes, toll roads and museums. Additionally, you’ll get a discount up to 50% at 100 more partners. And best of all, this card is free for you if you spend at least one night in Schladming Dachstein. Children get their own card, a KidsCard - and dreams become true.

We have our own mountain pasture. It is 7 km far from our apartment. If you want we will invite you to stay an afternoon in our hut to taste the typical food of styria or we will go together in the forest to look for mushrooms.

In winter you can take the skibus or in 5 minutes you can go by car to the big ski-area Hauser Kaibling.
Also you have the possibilities to have a sleigh ride, cross country or do toboggan - so you can enjoy the winter on our farm.

Hauser Kaibling is the ideal starting point for your ski-pleasure, because including the neighbouring mountains Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, you can ski unlimited on 123 well-prepared slope kilometres. The next bigger town is Schladming, which is just 10 minutes away by car. In the case of good snow conditions, there is a cross-country skiing track in our village reachable in 3 minutes by feet. In 15 minutes by car you can also go to the famous cross country skiing center Ramsau am Dachstein with 220 km cross country ski runs. For those who want to relax, you can do winter hiking, sledging or sleighing near our house. In Aich are very delicious restaurants and a supermarket.
